You need only one bag, one that accompanies you from your first session to your limits. This sandbag grows with your strength. The only reason it ends up in the corner is if you need a break.

Built for real training: made for heavy use, not for display. These sandbags are handmade in the USA from exceptionally durable Cordura. The thoughtful design withstands the harshest conditions: drops from over 6 meters, daily use, rough surfaces. They even serve as a base for atlas stones.

Can I train with the sandbag in a small apartment? Yes. That is one of the great advantages: you need very little space and can still perform all the essential exercises. Two square meters is enough for most movements.

Can I wash the sandbag? Yes. Simply machine wash at 30°C — without sand and without the closure system.

Isn’t that expensive for a sandbag? A StrongFit sandbag with 120 kg of sand currently costs around 139€. A barbell with 120 kg total costs around 450€. Sandbags are among the most affordable training tools available.
