2. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Sales to commercial customers outside Germany are excluded.
3. Offer and Contract Formation
The display of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. This offer is accepted upon dispatch confirmation or delivery.
4. Prices
All prices are final prices inclusive of any applicable charges. As a small business operator pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT, and VAT is therefore not shown separately.

6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched by the provider within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the provider until payment has been received in full.
9. Warranty
Statutory liability for defects applies.
