Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Felix Olschewski, Listweg 34, 48432 Rheine, Germany, email: mail@sandsacksyndikat.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement — for example, a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
