Can I train with the sandbag in a small apartment?
Yes. That’s one of the sandbag's biggest advantages: you need very little space but can still do all the key exercises. Two square meters are enough for most drills.

Can I wash the sandbag?
Yes. Just put it in the machine at 30 °C – of course without sand and without the closing system.
