2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Sales to commercial customers outside Germany are excluded.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of dispatch or upon delivery of the goods.
4. Prices
All prices are final prices.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown due to small business status.
5. Shipping Costs, Payment & Delivery

6. Delivery
Dispatch takes place within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery is carried out directly by the provider.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
