Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal,you must inform us (Felix Olschewski, Listweg 34, 48432 Rheine, Germany, email: mail@sandsacksyndikat.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
